What is RF epilation for skin tag removal?
RF (radiofrequency) epilation uses a fine probe delivering controlled heat to safely cauterise and remove skin tags at the root. It’s precise, fast, and minimally invasive compared to traditional methods.
What are skin tags?
Skin tags (fibroepithelial polyps) are small, benign growths commonly found on the neck, underarms, eyelids, chest, and groin. They are harmless but can become irritated or cosmetically bothersome.
Is RF skin tag removal safe?
Yes—when performed by a trained practitioner. RF targets only the lesion, minimising damage to surrounding skin and reducing infection risk.
Does the treatment hurt?
Most clients report mild discomfort only. The sensation is often described as a quick heat or prick. Topical numbing can be used if required, especially for sensitive areas.
How long does the procedure take?
Typically 10–30 minutes depending on the number of skin tags being treated. It’s a high-efficiency, chair-time friendly procedure.
How many sessions will I need?
In most cases, skin tags are removed in a single session. Larger or multiple lesions may require a follow-up.
What does recovery look like?

Will it leave a scar?
